The chocolate family just got even bigger. Made from the “ruby” cocoa bean, ruby chocolate is the newest chocolate discovery in over 80 years, and the main ingredient in our Ruby Red Queen.

french toast pancakes
We've put our own twist on a breakfast classic, and we think it’s even better than the original! The Greek yoghurt balances out the sweet flavours perfectly, and crushed almonds add a delightful crunch.
This fresh delight is served daily ‘til 5pm - the perfect choice for breakfast or a light lunch.
KASBAH LAMB CREPES
Oh boy, this dish is a little piece of heaven that’s been wrapped up into two perfectly spiced bundles of flavour. The creamy feta in the mediterranean-style salad complements the spices to create an explosion of taste with every bite.
