How do I join Lovely Rewards?
Head to www.pancakeparlour.com.au/lovely-rewards and fill out the form with your details to register. Or, ask our lovely team how you can sign up in-restaurant. Your member account may take up to 15 minutes to be created so ensure you sign-up before you order!
I’m trying to register to Lovely Rewards and I haven’t received a confirmation email. Why?
You may already have a Lovely Rewards account registered with this email address. There is a strict limit of one (1) account per member. Each account requires an independent email address.
Can I join Lovely Rewards if I live outside of Victoria?
You can join Lovely Rewards to stay in the loop with the latest news and offers, but Silver Dollars are only redeemable at our 11 Melbourne restaurants.
What are Silver Dollars (SD)?
Silver Dollars (SD) is the currency (points) used to redeem your Lovely Rewards.
How do I earn Silver Dollars?
For every $1 spent at The Pancake Parlour, you earn 1 Silver Dollar. Every time you dine in and make a purchase at one of our restaurants, simply mention your Member ID (mobile number) to staff at the payment counter before paying, and every dollar spent in that transaction will add Silver Dollars to your account.
How do I know my Member ID?
Lovely Rewards uses your mobile number as your unique Member ID, which will be used for all dine-in transactions.
I’m a Lovely Rewards member and want to use the App and Card?
Lovely Rewards now operates in conjunction with our new Plenty Valley app, and all purchases made via the app will credit Silver Dollars to your member account. *Currently available at Plenty Valley only
Earning silver dollars
How do I know how many Silver Dollars I will earn?
You will earn 1 Silver Dollar for every $1 spent at The Pancake Parlour restaurants.
Example: If you purchase an item for $9.45 it will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar so you will receive 9 Silver Dollars.
If a complimentary offer barcode is used on the transaction, Silver Dollars will be awarded for all other items on the transaction except for the complimentary item. Silver Dollars can still be earned where a total transactional discount is used, however only the amount spent will be attributed – not the full price of the item.
Are my Silver Dollars immediately credited to my account?
It may take up to 2 hours after purchase for your Silver Dollars to be attributed to your account.
If they still have not been added 24 hours after purchase, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible.
How do I view my Silver Dollars balance?
Head to pancakeparlour.com.au/lovely-rewards, hit the 'View Balance' button and follow the prompts. If you're in-restaurant and would like to know your balance, simply ask a staff member and they'll be able to tell you.
I forgot to mention my Member ID before buying something. Can I still earn Silver Dollars?
Unfortunately, customers will not be able to receive their Silver Dollars if their member ID was not mentioned upon payment.
Can I earn Silver Dollars when I order delivery?
Silver Dollars are accrued for dine-in transactions only and cannot be accumulated in conjunction with any delivery service.
Can I earn Silver Dollars for takeaway items?
Customers can accrue Silver Dollars for takeaway items only if the purchase transaction is made in-restaurant.
Can I earn Silver Dollars with online store purchases?
Silver Dollars cannot be earned through online store purchases
Using silver dollars
How do I pay for food with Silver Dollars?
Using SD's is as simple as accumulating SD's. Just tell the restaurant staff that you would like to use your points to pay for your purchase and provide your unique member ID at the counter before a payment is made. Members must ensure that they have sufficient points to purchase the menu item in its entirety, we do not accept part-payments.
How many rewards can I claim at once?
You are only allowed to claim one reward per transaction.
Will my Silver Dollars ever expire?
Silver Dollars currently do not have an expiration date, however your account will be deactivated if there is 24 months of inactivity.
Which menu options can I redeem with my Silver Dollars?
The program currently allows you to claim the following menu items:
- Ice Creams (95 SD)
- Any choice from the ice-cream menu excluding The Colossal. View menu here.
- Sweet Pancakes and Crepes (160 SD)
- Stacks (110 SD)
- Any pancake stack from the stacks section on The Pancake Parlour menu. View menu here. This includes any gluten-free variation of the stacks menu.
- Breakfast (170 SD)
- o Any choice from our breakfast menu – available daily until 5pm.
There is a product that I would like to be able to redeem with my Silver Dollars that is not currently part of the rewards program. How can I get it added?
Customers can only use Silver Dollars to redeem items that are currently included in the program. If there is a product that you think should be added, send an email to email@example.com and we will take the suggestion into consideration. To view current rewards options, click here.
How do I update my personal details?
If you need to make changes to your name, email address, phone number or date of birth, head to www.pancakeparlour.com/lovely-rewards and press the ‘update details’ button. You will then be sent instructions on how to update your account details via your nominated email address.
How do you earn 50 Silver Dollars when you register?
Once you have registered online or via SMS, an email will be sent to you with confirmation that 50 Silver Dollars has been added to your account. If you do not receive this email, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve this issue.
My Birthday is coming up. How do I claim my complimentary treat?
Eligible members will receive the birthday treat via an email sent on the five days before the beginning of their birthday month. The offer is valid until the final day of the member’s Birthday month and is able to be used at any time during the month (it does not have to be on the actual birthday). If you believe you are eligible but have not yet received this email during your birthday month, please ensure you check your Junk/Spam mail folders, then email email@example.com for further help.
The Birthday treat is one (1) complimentary pancake choice from the Sweet Pancakes and Crepes menu (sweet vegan and gluten-free friendly options included).
Members will not be eligible for their birthday treat if they a) sign up to Lovely Rewards in their birthday month and after their birth date; b) If they sign up to Lovely Rewards less than 48 hours before the end of their birthday month; or c) if they sign up less than 24 hours before their birthday.
How do i qualify for my visitation offers?
A visit is registered when you spend $1 or more in-restaurant. If you're simply redeeming a complimentary offer such as your Birthday Treat, or an item with your Silver Dollars, and do not make any additional spend in the transaction, your visit will not qualify.
I have reached the amount of visits for a complimentary drink with purchase – what drink am I eligible for and how do I redeem?
After every four visits at The Pancake Parlour, an email will be sent to your nominated email address with your complimentary drink offer. Simply scan the barcode at the counter before making a payment. If you have reached a certain number of visits that makes you eligible for the mystery offer at the same time, then the mystery offer will supersede the offer you receive after every fourth visit. Eg: On your 20th visit, you are eligible for both visitation offers. You will only receive the higher value offer, which is the mystery offer in this instance.
I have reached the amount of visits for a mystery offer – how do I redeem?
When you have reached 10 visits at The Pancake Parlour, an email will be sent to your nominated email address with your complimentary mystery offer. Details of your mystery offer will be included in the email – simply scan the barcode at the counter before making a payment to redeem.
Do all members receive the same offers?
From time to time you’ll receive personalised offers depending on what we think you will enjoy. For this reason one member’s offer may be different to another.
