  • All our Parlour merch is made in limited quantities, so we can’t offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing mistakes, or ordering errors.

  • No worries! Contact us within 7 days at marketing@pancakeparlour.com with your order number and photos. Our team will happily sort it out for you.

  • We ship Australia-wide via Standard Australia Post.

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery timeframes (approx):

    • Metro areas: 3–8 business days

    • Regional/rural areas: 5–12 business days

  • Yes! Peak times can cause delays, and while we do our best, we’re not responsible for delays once your parcel is with Australia Post.
