We've been working on some cool new features on our app thanks to your feedback. Our lovely app is the house to all things Rewards, including the ability to now earn points for your Club and School! Some exciting new menu improvements, including the ability to view every product image before you order! More below.

  • Eat with your eyes? We now have photos of every single menu item so you can scroll before ordering the most delicious looking pancakes!

  • Order via the app when you dine in. A seamless way to feast! No fuss and easy to navigate.

  • Order via the app for pick up! Including ordering ahead up to 7 days in advance. Planning a pancake party at home? Organising ahead of time just got 10x easier.

  • Earn & pay with Silver Dollars & redeem your offers in a few clicks via the Rewards category!

  • You can also purchase our lovely Pancake Parlour merch, such as Pancake Mix, Maple Syrup or even a gift hamper - all via the Merchandise category. The perfect gift idea or haul for a Sunday breakfast at home!

  • Keep track of all Silver Dollars earned, what you can redeem with your Silver Dollars & how many times you’ve visited. Lovely treats await our loyalty members!

  • Two seamless ways to redeem your offers in restaurant:
    - Scan your offer barcodes via the bonus offers section (don’t forget to scan your member barcode to earn your points too).
    - Apply your bonus offers in your cart when your order & purchase in app. Just make sure you’re logged in via the profile icon in the top right corner of the menu!
